  • Hey, Nice Question,

Basically that totally depends on your business strategy, the market you are going to target (your domestic/international) and the overall business you already have/will/can generate. We are a travel technology company who helps you in having your own private branded Web Portal offering different travel services. We even offer third party integration with the OTA or GDS of your choice at very reasonable, no hidden prices, and fixed setup ETA. So that you plan your budget and time accordingly. There is no yearly cost, so once you enter the family, you stay with us lifetime. We are always here in case if you would like to re-workout on your travel ideas in case in future.

Every online travel business works the very same way and their major challenge is to build online reputation.

    1. You should always have to workout on your PR (Personal Relationship) first and build the trust among your customers.
    2. Along with that you also need to make sure your customers can find you easily if they have travel needs.

Once you stay ahead in these two points. Then you start generating business and keep growing.

But just to give you an idea, We expect 5-10 bookings per 100 visitor 1st year depending on the quality of traffic. You are free to decide your markup, so you have total control over you earnings while keeping the prices competitive.

Though Adivaha, helps you stay away from all the hassles ie. Private Branded site, Mobile apps, B2B or Corporate Solution, multiple designs, Easy to use Backoffice. But as a startup,  even you will have to go through the challenges others went through.

Hope you understand what i mean. Please donot hesitate to ask in case you have any more question

    Cheers!

  • Dear Nico,

Please find the respective answers below in BOLD

I am interested in the amadeus plugin to offer flights in my website in wordpress. I also have an Amadeus account. I am not a IATA member, but I can issue my tickets with a consolidator in Argentina. But I have a couple of questions.1st, How doest it work with profits? How do I earn money from every sold flight.- You will receive net rates from Amadeus via their API. You need to add markup on top of it and sell it to your customers. You can then issue the ticket and settle the account through the consolidator of your choice.

2nd, Is the plugin translated to spanish? or, Is it ready to translate with any other plugin like wpml? – You can have any default language for Amadues Flights.

3rd, Can I use it with any theme? I am using Traveler (shinethemes) Last question, What currency are the costs shown in your site? You are free to use it on any theme. Our tech team will set it up and private brand it so that it looks seamlessly integrated into your existing design

Let me know if you have any question.

    Cheers!

  • Dear Andreas,

Thanks for getting in touch. Sure, we can help you out with the Travelpayouts Portal setup but with respect to your concern about booking.com not visible in your existing site. I would bring your kind notice that Booking.com doesn’t allow their partners to share booking.com inventories/prices to their affiliates.

So its not Travelpayouts, you will not find booking.com in any affiliate program. Booking.com is very strict in their terms and conditions. So even if you setup a new Travelpayouts account, you will not be able to list booking.com.

As far as setting up the Travelportal based on Travelpayouts is concerned, Yes, we just need your wordpress setup and our team will take care of the rest. Installation, Private Branding and setting it to LIVE.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Cheers!

  • Dear Abhin

Thanks for showing interest. We mean to say, “Adivaha Flight Booking System” is for NON IATA too. Which means, one doesn’t has to be an IATA Company in order to use our Flight booking plugin.

You don’t have to pay to the Airlines directly, until unless you have your own GDS API, be it Amadeus, Sabre or Travelport.

Cash flow for Indian Companies/Organizations : Indian companies have to pre-deposit funds into their wallet associated with Adivaha. You can then add your own markup and receive the payments into your account. This way you receive your earnings the very same moment. The amount in your prefunded wallet will be deducted for the real time Flight bookings.

So just for an example : You prefunded your wallet (From Adivaha Dashboard) with Rs 50,000/-. You added your markup (from Adivaha Dashboard) on top of net fares received from Adivaha 10%. Suppose you receive Rs 10,000/- as a net fare for a flight from Delhi -> Goa. And, you added 10% as your markup, which makes the total cost for customers to pay Rs 11,000/- . Now customers will pay this Rs 11,000/- into your account via your payment gateway. And, Rs 10,000/- (Net fare) will be deducted from your prefunded wallet with Rs 50,000/-. Which will now leave Rs 40,000/- cash in your wallet.

This way, you keep prefunding your wallet and receive your earnings into your bank account directly via your preferred payment gateway.

Cash flow for International Companies/Organizations : International Agencies donot have to pre fund their wallet. Everything remains the same as above, but instead of prefunding, their attached Credit Card will be charged with net fares.

Hope this clarifies. Should you have any more questions. Please donot hesitate to ask.

    Cheers!

  • Thanks for your reply TBCO, Please find the response below in BOLD.

6- You only told about the refund, but what if the customer requires further support regarding his booking. Who will support them in that case? Will we be the ones to handle that support level by contacting you or is there any support agent from your company to handle that? – Some of our customers prefer to deal the customers themselves and coordinate with us. Some of them want to stay away from the hassle. It totally depends on your business doings. We are ok anyway.

8- As you have both plugins but i can’t see separate demo for each plugin. Is it possible for you to tell me the rates based on each plugin for an example flight? For example. Flying from Newyork and Destination Chicago and send me the difference between markup-based plugin with 0 markup and the commission-based plugin for the first flight that comes up? Just to see the rates difference. – The current demo that you see doesn’t has any markup added. So the price that you see is what you will be offered.  https://www.adivaha.com/travel-technology-company.html

9- Can you tell me in more detail. I asked if an upgrade from markup to commission possible with only price difference like $999-$499= $500. So if we choose to upgrade from markup to commission we need to pay $500 or $999? – You are right, you just need to pay the price difference and you can upgrade the plugin anytime.

10- For further clarification, i want to know that the commission that YOU will have, based on a transaction from the commission-based plugin, how will you send it to us? We may not use Paypal, so is it possible for you to send it through wire transfer to our local bank account after a certain amount limit like $500 or so? – Yes, right we do Bank Transfers to the customers who don’t have Paypal.

    Cheers!

  • Dear TBCO,

Thanks for showing interest in our services. Please find the respective answers below.
1- We only want flight booking commission-based plugin. But we want to know if we can use any theme and your plugin will work that? – Yes, the plugin is theme independent and most important platform independent. WHich means, you are not bound to use WordPress, you can have this plugin setup in any website. Be it, WordPress, Joomla, WIX, Drupal, Normal PHP site or even HTML website.

2- How much charges would be in total for website and flight booking plugin only? – You can find the costings here.

Markup based Plugin Cost : https://www.adivaha.com/wordpress-travel-B2B-XML-API-plugins.html

Commission based Plugin Cost : https://www.adivaha.com/wordpress-travel-B2C-XML-API-plugins.html

3- I can see there is markup based plugin as well. Will that solution work with your payment gateways as you provide in a commission-based plugin? –  You need to have your own Payment Gateway in markup based plugins.

4- How do we get paid for commissions or markups? – You will receive commissions into your Paypal account.

5- Can you provide us a live test run with the admin area, where we can see all the options for the commission-based plugin and how that works? – There are a bit of formalities that has to be taking care of like, Signing an agreement, Approval of request etc to generate the Key.  You only get access to the APIs and plugins once your id is generated after agreement. So its not available for a LIVE test run.

6- What about the support for customers, once they convert and want further assistance with matters. For example they want to modify the dates or want a refund. Who will handle that? – That will depend on the plugin you go with. In Commission based plugins, they will receive it directly whereas in Markup based plugins, you will receive a refund and you need to refund it to customer.

7- Are your rates competitive, because if they are not, no one will buy especially in the USA – The demo is all up and running for you to tally the rates.

8- Is there any rate difference in markup and commission-based plugin on live site? For example, We use a markup-based plugin and set the markup to 0, so the price of a flight using this plugin will differ from the commission-based plugin as you have set 3% on that? – Yes, Markup based plugins comes with net rates, whereas commission based plugins comes with commisionable rates.

9- If we decide to go with the markup-based plugin and want to switch to the commission-based plugin in the future, will it be possible by paying the only difference in the price of these plugins, or will we need to buy commission-based plugin again? – Yes, you can do that.

10- What are the payout options for both commission and markup based plugins if we don’t have Paypal, is it possible to get the payment in the local bank account? – You need to have a payment gateway to receive the payments. Doesn’t has to be Paypal.

The solution we are looking for is to provide realtime flight bookings where customers will not be redirected to third-party sites. – Both of our plugins be it Markup or commission, has realtime flight bookings while staying in your website.

Let us know if you have any question.

    Regards
    Preeti
