Who we are

A travel-tech company built by people who understand how travel businesses really work.

adivaha® was founded with a simple observation: most travel companies don’t need yet another booking site — they need the engine, the integrations, the agent tools and the back-office reporting all wired together so they can focus on selling. For more than fifteen years we’ve been building exactly that, one connected platform that ships flights, hotels, holiday packages, transfers, activities, gift cards, loyalty and corporate travel out of the box, ready to be branded as your own.

Today we’re trusted by more than 2,400 travel brands across over 120 countries — from boutique agencies in Australia and Nigeria to multi-country OTAs in the Middle East, ground-handling DMCs in Europe and corporate travel programs at mid-cap enterprises. Some run on our white-label portal, some on our APIs alone, some on the full stack. What ties them together is the core belief that travel technology should accelerate your business, not hold it back.

We are an Amadeus Global CAP Licence holder and ISO 9001:2015 certified, with engineering teams across India and Europe. The platform is in active development every single day, with new supplier integrations, new payment methods and new AI capabilities shipping continuously to every customer on the platform.

The travel industry is uniquely demanding from a technology perspective. Inventory is real-time and supplier-defined. Pricing depends on dozens of variables — cabin class, fare basis, season, blackout dates, contracted rates, agent commissions, country-specific taxes, GST on commission vs principal sales, FX conversions and more. A booking can fail at twenty different points: search, fare quote, hold, payment authorization, ticket issuance, voucher generation. Refunds and cancellations follow rules that vary per supplier, per product, per market. We’ve spent fifteen years modeling all of that into a platform that handles the complexity behind the scenes so your team can focus on customers, not on plumbing.

The other observation that shaped adivaha® was that nobody starts a travel business because they want to integrate with Amadeus, Hotelbeds and Razorpay. They start because they have a customer relationship, a destination expertise, an audience or a brand they want to monetize. The technology is supposed to be the means, not the project. So we built adivaha® with that lens — aggressively pre-integrated, opinionated about the parts that should be opinionated, and configurable about the parts that should be yours.

Vision & Mission

What drives us, every single day.

Our Vision

To revolutionize travel by providing businesses with scalable, intelligent and easy-to-integrate technology — making global connectivity simple and efficient for every team, in every market.

We see a future where launching a fully-branded travel business takes weeks, not years. Where APIs replace integration projects. Where AI agents handle the busywork that slows travel teams down. We’re building toward that future, customer by customer, release by release.

Our Mission

To empower travel agencies and resellers with smart, customizable travel solutions that deliver seamless bookings, increase revenue, and improve customer experiences worldwide.

Practically, that means: keep the platform fast, keep the API contracts stable, keep adding suppliers and payment methods, keep the white-label easy to brand, keep the support humans on call when something breaks. Boring promises, but they’re the ones that actually compound for the customers running production businesses on us.

What we do

One connected platform, eight powerful products.

Every product is independently usable and shares the same supplier inventory, payment rails, customer wallet and audit log. Pick where to start, layer the rest as you grow.

Trusted by thousands

Delivered with a smile.

At adivaha®, we’re more than just a tech company — we’re a passionate team of innovators committed to delivering delightful experiences. With a customer-first approach, we’ve empowered thousands of travel agencies, startups and enterprises with reliable, scalable and feature-rich travel solutions.

Our clients consistently appreciate our responsiveness, product stability and post-sale support. Backed by a 5-star satisfaction rating and a growing community of partners, we continue to deliver excellence — project after project, with a smile.

That “with a smile” bit isn’t marketing fluff. It’s a working principle. When something breaks — and at the scale we operate, things occasionally do — the customer doesn’t need a defensive response. They need a fast fix and a clear explanation. That’s the bar we hold ourselves to internally and the bar our customers can hold us to publicly.

It also shows up in how we structure our pricing. We don’t play games with hidden fees, surprise overage charges or per-API-call billing that turns a quiet month into a budget conversation. Pricing is published on the site, sandboxes are free, and the move from sandbox to production is a permission flip rather than a contract negotiation. Customers tell us this is rare in travel-tech vendor relationships, and it’s one of the reasons our renewal rates stay above 95% year over year.

How we deliver

Our four-step customer-onboarding methodology.

The same proven path we’ve walked with thousands of travel customers — from kickoff to first revenue.

01

Discovery & scoping

A 30-60 minute call with our solutions team to understand your travel business, target markets, supplier preferences and the products you’ll start with. We map your roadmap to our modules and produce a clean, honest scope document — including any custom work and where it’ll add weeks to the timeline.

02

Sandbox provisioning

You get sandbox keys within 24 hours. The sandbox runs on the same code as production with realistic test data — so what your team builds and tests there will work the same way in production. You can have your engineers integrating in parallel while branding and supplier work continues in the background.

03

Branding & supplier wiring

Your domain, logo, colors, store-listing copy, payment gateway, currencies and supplier credentials all get wired in by our delivery team. Most customers ship a fully-branded portal in 2-3 weeks. Custom UI work, custom supplier integrations or unusual payment requirements may extend that — we’ll be upfront about exactly what changes the timeline.

04

Soft launch & scale

UAT sign-off, soft launch with a few sub-agents or a limited audience, then full release. Your dedicated success manager stays with you for 30 days post-launch to handle the inevitable edge cases that only appear under real traffic. After that you transition to standard support, with the success manager available on demand.

Why customers pick adivaha

The differences that compound over time.

01

Live in days, not months

White-label setup, supplier credentials and your branding wired in under three weeks for most launches. We’ve made the slow parts fast through repeatable templates, pre-integrated suppliers and a 24-hour sandbox provisioning policy.

02

Travel-specific by design

Generic SaaS doesn’t know what an ADM is or how a credit shell works. Our platform was built for travel from day one — ticketing, refunds, reconfirmations, supplier statements, multi-currency settlements and GST on commissions vs principal sales are all first-class concepts.

03

Stable contracts, evolving features

Our API versions stay supported for at least 12 months after the next major version ships. Suppliers churn, regulations change, but your code keeps working. Non-breaking improvements land in your current version with release notes — no surprise upgrades.

04

One backend, every surface

Same engine across web, mobile app, agent portal and partner APIs. Same login, same wallet, same loyalty balance, same support thread. Customers and your team move freely across surfaces — no silos, no parallel inventory to maintain.

How we build

Modern stack. Boring reliability.

Our platform runs on a multi-tenant cloud architecture with regional deployments to keep latency low for customers and travelers anywhere in the world. We mix the modern (containerised microservices, GraphQL gateways, vector search for AI features) with the boring (PostgreSQL primaries, audited every change, mirrored replicas, daily snapshots that we actually test by restoring) — because what travel businesses need is reliability that compounds, not novelty for its own sake.

Every supplier integration sits behind a unified contract. When Amadeus ships an NDC update, when Hotelbeds reorganises their rate-plan structure, when an LCC partner deprecates an endpoint — we absorb the change in our adapter layer so your code never breaks. The supplier flakiness that historically forced travel-tech teams into late-night firefighting becomes our problem, not yours.

On the AI side, we use frontier-class models (Claude, GPT) with per-task model routing — cheaper models for classification and ranking, top-tier for customer-facing replies. Personally identifiable data is redacted at the edge before any prompt leaves your tenant, prompts and outputs stay logged in your tenant only, and customer data is never used to train upstream models. AI actions that touch money or contracts always wait for human sign-off.

For developers, every product ships with REST APIs, OpenAPI 3.1 specs, Postman collections, SDKs in five languages (PHP, Node.js, Python, Go, .NET) and HMAC-signed webhooks for booking and refund events. Sandbox keys are issued within 24 hours, and the sandbox runs on the same code as production with realistic test data so what you build there works in production unchanged.

Performance is treated as a first-class feature, not an afterthought. Multi-supplier flight searches are streamed back from parallel calls so users see results progressively rather than waiting for the slowest provider. Hotel availability is intelligently cached at the region/date level with cache-busting on inventory changes. Booking confirmations use idempotency keys so double-clicks and network retries never create duplicate tickets. Across the platform we hold sub-second median latency on search responses and four-nines availability on confirmation endpoints — numbers that show up directly in our customers’ conversion rates.

Security and compliance are tightened continuously. We follow OWASP guidelines for application-level security, run third-party penetration tests annually, encrypt data at rest and in transit, and isolate customer data per tenant with strong row-level security at the database. Payment data flows through PCI-compliant tokenization layers, never touching our infrastructure in raw form. Webhook payloads are signed so receivers can verify authenticity. Granular role-based access control lets enterprise customers slice permissions per module, per action and per data scope, with SSO available on enterprise plans.

Our team & culture

Engineers who answer support tickets. Support people who write code.

adivaha® is intentionally a flat organization. We don’t have a wall between “engineering” and “support” or between “product” and “sales.” Engineers rotate through customer-facing tickets so they see the consequences of their design choices. Support specialists know enough about the codebase to triage and often patch issues themselves. Product managers spend time in real customer environments instead of writing specifications in isolation. This isn’t a noble principle — it’s the most efficient way we’ve found to keep a complex platform reliable while shipping features quickly.

We hire for two non-negotiable traits: deep care about getting it right, and the willingness to explain a problem clearly to someone outside your specialty. Travel-tech background is a plus but not a requirement — we’ve had brilliant additions come from fintech, e-commerce, logistics and even pure consumer apps. The travel-domain knowledge accumulates fast when you work alongside engineers who’ve been in the GDS trenches for fifteen years.

We’re a remote-friendly team with hubs in New Delhi and Cremona. Most engineering, product and customer-success work happens asynchronously, with focused live time for design reviews, customer calls and incident response. We invest heavily in documentation — internal runbooks, customer-facing API docs, deployment guides — because written knowledge scales the team in a way that meetings never can.

Responsibility & sustainability

Travel tech that respects what travel actually means.

Travel is a beautiful, world-opening industry — and it’s also one with real environmental and social weight. We take that seriously across three areas. First, on data: personal traveler data is collected for the minimum necessary purpose, retained only for the necessary duration, and never used for upstream model training. We support GDPR, India’s DPDP Act and equivalent regional frameworks across the markets we serve. Second, on supplier ethics: our pre-integrated supplier roster is reviewed annually, and we accept no kickbacks for supplier preferential ranking — rate cards stay neutral and your markups stay yours.

Third, on environmental impact: travel itself emits more than most industries can quickly clean up, but the technology layer doesn’t have to. We use efficient cloud-region routing to keep compute close to users, prefer green-energy data-center providers where we have a choice, and our platform supports carbon-offset add-ons at booking time for customers that want to surface that option to their travelers. Adoption of carbon offsets sits at customer discretion, but we make the implementation a one-line config change so there’s no friction to enabling it.

We also support our customer community in tangible ways. Every paying plan includes free certification training for two team members on the platform — so your operations leads can become genuine experts rather than relying on us for every workflow question. We host quarterly product webinars open to all customers, run a private partner forum where customers share configurations and learnings, and publish detailed release notes for every platform update. The goal is to make adivaha® a platform you grow with, not just a vendor you outsource to.

Where we’re going

The next chapter of travel technology.

The travel industry is at an inflection point. Distribution is fragmenting (NDC, direct-connects, low-cost aggregators), expectations are converging (mobile-first, instant confirmations, real-time support), and AI is finally good enough to absorb meaningful chunks of the operational workload that used to define what a travel agent’s day looked like.

We’re investing aggressively in three directions: deeper supplier coverage (more NDC carriers, more regional hotel bedbanks, more domestic LCCs in emerging markets), agentic AI workflows (assistants that don’t just chat but actually search, hold, draft invoices and trigger reconciliation runs — with human approval on every money-affecting action), and developer experience (better SDKs, faster sandbox provisioning, more example apps and OpenAPI tooling so partner teams ship faster).

Beyond those three, we’re investing seriously in two adjacent areas. Mobile-first checkout: more than half of travel bookings on our platform now originate on mobile devices, and we’re tightening every step of that flow — native wallet integration (Apple Pay, Google Pay, UPI), one-tap re-checkout for returning travelers, faster supplier-confirmation roundtrips so people don’t bounce while waiting. Localized payment methods: travel is global but payment preferences are intensely local. We’re adding regional rails continuously — PIX in Brazil, Bizum in Spain, Konbini in Japan, M-PESA across East Africa — so customers in those markets can offer the payment methods their travelers actually want to use.

If you’re running a travel business and you’ve been thinking about a re-platform, an API switch, a mobile app launch or a corporate-travel rollout — talk to us. The platform you see today is materially better than the one you would have seen even a year ago, and the gap is widening every month. We’d love to show you what your travel brand could look like running on adivaha®.
