adivaha® was founded with a simple observation: most travel companies don’t need yet another booking site — they need the engine, the integrations, the agent tools and the back-office reporting all wired together so they can focus on selling. For more than fifteen years we’ve been building exactly that, one connected platform that ships flights, hotels, holiday packages, transfers, activities, gift cards, loyalty and corporate travel out of the box, ready to be branded as your own.
Today we’re trusted by more than 2,400 travel brands across over 120 countries — from boutique agencies in Australia and Nigeria to multi-country OTAs in the Middle East, ground-handling DMCs in Europe and corporate travel programs at mid-cap enterprises. Some run on our white-label portal, some on our APIs alone, some on the full stack. What ties them together is the core belief that travel technology should accelerate your business, not hold it back.
We are an Amadeus Global CAP Licence holder and ISO 9001:2015 certified, with engineering teams across India and Europe. The platform is in active development every single day, with new supplier integrations, new payment methods and new AI capabilities shipping continuously to every customer on the platform.
The travel industry is uniquely demanding from a technology perspective. Inventory is real-time and supplier-defined. Pricing depends on dozens of variables — cabin class, fare basis, season, blackout dates, contracted rates, agent commissions, country-specific taxes, GST on commission vs principal sales, FX conversions and more. A booking can fail at twenty different points: search, fare quote, hold, payment authorization, ticket issuance, voucher generation. Refunds and cancellations follow rules that vary per supplier, per product, per market. We’ve spent fifteen years modeling all of that into a platform that handles the complexity behind the scenes so your team can focus on customers, not on plumbing.
The other observation that shaped adivaha® was that nobody starts a travel business because they want to integrate with Amadeus, Hotelbeds and Razorpay. They start because they have a customer relationship, a destination expertise, an audience or a brand they want to monetize. The technology is supposed to be the means, not the project.
