AI Automation questions.

Will AI take actions without human approval?

No. Anything that affects money, contracts or external customers requires human sign-off by default. You choose which categories of action are auto-approved (e.g. resending a voucher) and which always need review (e.g. processing a refund).

Which LLM does adivaha use?

We use frontier-class models (Claude, GPT) under the hood, with model selection per task (cheaper models for classification, top-tier for customer-facing replies). You can BYO API key if you have a preferred provider.

How does it handle sensitive customer data?

PII is redacted at the edge before reaching the LLM where possible, prompts and outputs are logged in your tenant only, and data is never used to train upstream models.

Can the booking assistant be embedded on my own site?

Yes - embed via JS widget, iframe, or call our API directly from your app. Branded, themed and trained on your inventory.
