Are the prices per month or per booking?

Each plan is a monthly subscription with included booking volume. Beyond the included volume, pay-as-you-go transaction fees apply. Annual billing saves 20% on every plan.

Can I switch products or upgrade later?

Yes. Add or swap products mid-cycle - your CSM helps configure new modules and we pro-rate the difference on your next invoice.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan includes a free 14-day sandbox with sample data so you can build and test the full booking flow before going live. No credit card required to start.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), bank transfers, UPI for Indian customers and invoicing for Enterprise contracts. We can also issue annual invoices in your local currency.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes - monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing cycle with no penalty. Annual plans can cancel at renewal. We help with data export either way.

Do you offer non-profit or startup discounts?

Yes. Tourism boards, NGOs and startups (under 2 years old, revenue under $1M) get up to 30% off the Starter and Growth plans. Mention it when you contact sales.
