Yes, on most B2B portals you can. Every search your agents run is recorded alongside the bookings, so you are able to look at the routes, cities and dates they keep checking and compare that with what actually turned into a booking. It is usually shown as a report in your admin panel, and you can normally narrow it down to one agency or one period.

This is worth looking at because a route that gets searched again and again but almost never booked is telling you something. Most of the time it means your selling price on that route is not competitive with what the agent can get elsewhere, or that the supplier you are using for that area has weak availability and keeps coming back with nothing. Either way it is a signal to look at your markup for that route or to add another supplier for it, rather than assuming your agents have simply gone quiet.

Be realistic about the limits. How much detail you get, and how far back it goes, depends on your plan and on how much traffic your network generates, because busy portals produce a very large number of searches and often keep only a summary after a certain point. A search is also not the same as an intention to buy, since agents check prices for quotes, for curiosity and for customers who never come back, so treat the numbers as a direction and not as lost sales.

Ask your provider how long search history is kept on your plan and whether you can view it agent by agent, then start with your busiest few agencies and see where their searching and their booking do not match.

Saved.
