Yes, in most cases, as long as the trips are already recorded in the system. A travel CRM keeps the booking history of each customer, so you can pull lists such as everyone who went to Dubai last summer, everyone who travelled with children, or everyone whose last trip was more than a year ago. That list is what you work from when you want to win old customers back.

How useful it is depends on how complete your records are. If your team has been booking through the portal, the history is already there. If some bookings were taken over the phone, or sit in an old spreadsheet, you will only see them if someone entered them or they were imported when you started. It is worth doing that import once, because a gap in the history means a customer who quietly never gets called.

The system does not truly know when someone is ready to travel again, and you should not expect it to. What it can do is show you patterns your team can act on, like a customer who books the same week every year. Some plans also let you turn a list like that into follow up tasks for a salesperson, or send it a simple email or message campaign, and what is possible there depends on your plan and on which channels you have connected.

Start by checking how far back your customer history actually goes in the system, then pick one simple list, such as trips taken a year or so ago, and ask your team to work through it before you build anything more complicated.

Saved.
