Yes, it can. When enquiries land from your website, your inbox and your chat channels, the system can read what the person actually wrote and put the ones that look ready to buy at the top of your team's list. It looks at ordinary signals, such as whether the traveller has given firm dates, a destination and a number of passengers, whether they have asked about payment, and whether they have come back a second time. An enquiry with all of that in it goes ahead of one that only says the person is thinking about a holiday sometime next year.

This is a ranking, not a decision, and that difference matters. Nothing gets thrown away, and nobody is refused a reply. The quiet enquiries stay in the same list, lower down, so that when your team has cleared the urgent ones they still work through the rest. You can also tell the system to always lift certain enquiries regardless of what they say, for example anything from a corporate account you already deal with, or anything for a destination you are trying to grow.

Be realistic about how good it will be in the first few weeks. The system learns from what your own business treats as a good enquiry, so until it has seen a reasonable run of your enquiries and which of them turned into bookings, its ordering will be rough. It also only sees the enquiries that arrive through channels you have connected, so anything that comes in by a phone call, or through a mailbox nobody has linked up, will not appear at all.

Start by looking at last month's enquiries and picking out which ones actually turned into money, then check whether the ordering you are shown would have put those same ones near the top.

Saved.
