How to Build a Booking Engine That Works On Same Domain?

I currently have a travel booking engine built on to our #### website which works inside a WordPress theme. I have been informed that there is a way to create the deep-links using PHP Deep-linking.
Do your developers have any experience of this so that we could create booking engine that works on the same domain “####” and not using the current deep-linking from ####.Our partner is German and so we would obviously have to assist with translation from their instructions over to you but firstly I wanted to learn if you are able to complete such a project?
