Can the agents in my network sell through my system under their own name and logo instead of mine?
Yes, in most agent network setups the agents who book through you can sell under their own name and logo while the engine behind it stays yours. This is usually called a white label or a sub agent portal. Each agent gets their own login and a front end that carries their brand, their contact details and in many cases their own web address, but the search, the supplier connections, the markups and the booking rules still come from your system. Their customer sees the agent. You still see every booking that goes through.
How far the branding goes depends on your plan and on how the portal is set up. Changing the logo, the colours, the wording on the home page and the details printed on the voucher or the ticket confirmation is normally straightforward and something you can hand over to the agent themselves. Putting an agent on their own domain, or letting them change the layout rather than just the branding, is a bigger step and is often kept to higher plans or done one agent at a time by your own team.
There are honest limits worth knowing before you promise anything to an agent. Some suppliers require their own name to appear on the confirmation or the ticket, so you cannot always hide where a fare or a room came from. Payment pages often have to show the legal name of the business actually taking the money, which will be yours rather than the agent's, and that is decided by card rules and local law, not by the software.
Before you switch the branding on, check who your customer believes they are buying from, and make sure your agent agreement and your supplier terms both say the same thing.
