Yes, as long as every enquiry is assigned to a named person and your team records what they did on it. Once that is happening, you can look at how many enquiries each person is holding, how long those enquiries have been sitting without any activity, and how many of them turned into a booking. That last figure is usually the one that tells you the most, because a busy looking pipeline with no conversions is a warning sign.

The honest limit is that the system can only report what your team puts into it. A call that was made but never logged looks exactly like a call that was never made, so an agent who works hard and writes nothing down will show up badly, and one who logs freely will look better than they are. This is a habit problem rather than a software problem, and it is worth agreeing with your team that an enquiry is not touched until there is a note on it.

You can reduce the burden by letting the system record what it can on its own. Quotes sent from the portal, emails sent from inside it and status changes are captured without anyone typing, so the manual note is only needed for phone calls and messages handled outside. How much of your messaging can be captured automatically depends on which channels are connected for you and what your provider allows.

Start by pulling the list of enquiries with no activity for the last week and going through it with your team, because that single list usually fixes more than any report on individual performance.
