Yes, you can, as long as every booking and enquiry is recorded in the system under the person who handled it. Reporting in a booking platform normally groups records by the user who created them, so you can pull a view for any period that shows how many bookings each consultant made, the total value they sold and, where cost prices are held, the margin they earned. You can usually filter the same view by branch, by product type such as flights or packages, or by sales channel, so you can tell whether someone is strong on hotels but weak on tours.

If your enquiries also come into the same system, you get the more useful half of the picture. You can see how many leads each person was given, how many turned into bookings, how long they took to send the first quote and how many enquiries are still sitting open with no follow up. That tells you far more than sales value alone, because a consultant handed easy repeat customers will always look better than one working cold enquiries.

There are honest limits. If your staff share one login, or if phone bookings are typed in by whoever has a free moment rather than the person who sold them, the report will not split out correctly. Margin figures are only as good as the cost and commission details entered against each booking. How much detail you get, and whether you can design your own report layout, also depends on your plan and on what the suppliers return for each booking.

The practical first step is to give every staff member their own login and agree which few measures you will actually judge them on, then ask us to show you that report running on sample data before you commit.

Saved.
