Yes, corporate travel can usually be arranged through a central company payment or billing method, so employees do not need to pay for each trip themselves. The available options depend on the payment setup, the services being booked, your agreement with the company and the features included in your plan.

When this is enabled, bookings made for approved employees can be linked to the corporate client and recorded under the same billing arrangement. This makes it easier for the company to review its travel costs and for your team to prepare invoices and match payments with the correct bookings. Traveller details, departments, projects or other agreed references may also be recorded, if those fields are available in the setup.

Central billing does not automatically mean that every supplier will allow payment later. Some flights, hotels or other services may require immediate payment, a company card or another accepted payment method. Credit terms and payment deadlines must be agreed separately between your agency and the corporate client, and supplier rules will still apply to each booking.

Ask your corporate client how they want employees and bookings to be billed, then check which payment methods, references and invoicing options are supported by your plan and connected suppliers.
