Yes, in most back office systems this is handled through staff roles. Every person who logs in is given a role, and the role decides which screens, fields and reports that person can open. So a booking agent can be set up to work on enquiries, make bookings and issue documents without ever seeing the net rate that came from the supplier or the markup you added on top.

In practice that usually means your agent sees the selling price, the customer details, the payment status and the booking reference, while the cost and margin columns simply do not appear for them. You as the owner, and whoever handles your accounts, get a role that shows the full picture. Roles can normally be changed later as people are promoted or move between desks, so you are not locked into the way you set it up on day one.

Be aware of where cost prices can still leak out, because this is where most agencies get caught. Supplier confirmation emails, documents the supplier attaches, and exported spreadsheets can carry the net rate even when the screen hides it. If your staff log in to the supplier extranet or read the supplier mailbox themselves, they will see what you paid. Some systems also hide cost on the booking screen but not on every report, and how fine the control goes depends on the system and the plan you are on.

Before you commit, write down the screens, documents and reports each type of staff member actually needs, then ask for a test login at agent level and spend a few minutes genuinely trying to find a cost price in it.

Saved.
