Yes, in most cases the system can send the booking confirmation, the e-ticket and the hotel voucher to your customer on its own as soon as the payment is successful, with nobody in your office having to press a button.

How quickly that happens depends on the supplier. Where a flight or a hotel is confirmed instantly through the supplier's connection, the booking reference comes straight back and the documents can reach the customer almost immediately. Where the room or the tour is on request, the supplier may take some time to agree it, so the system sends a holding message first to say the request is in, then releases the proper voucher once the confirmation arrives. Some suppliers also issue their own voucher, and in that case we can either pass theirs on or replace it with your own version, depending on what your agreement with them allows.

You decide what the documents look like and when they go out. The templates carry your logo, your terms and your office contact details, so the customer sees your brand rather than the supplier's. You can have a copy sent to your own inbox, add a separate reminder before departure, and hold back automatic delivery for one particular supplier if you would rather check that paperwork by hand first.

A good next step is to list which of your suppliers confirm instantly and which work on request, and to share the wording you want on your confirmations and vouchers, so the automatic messages sound like the way you already speak to your customers.
