Yes, in most cases. An itinerary builder will usually let you publish the plan you have made as a web page with its own private link, and you can send that link by email or by message. The customer opens it on a phone or a laptop, sees the days laid out with the flights, the hotels and the activities, and does not have to download or print anything.
Whether they can write back on that page depends on the system and on the plan you are on. Some builders put a comment box next to each day, or simple buttons to approve the plan or ask for a change, and whatever the customer writes comes back into the system against that enquiry rather than into one agent's personal inbox. Others only show the plan and expect the customer to reply to you by email or by phone. It is worth asking about this plainly before you assume it is included.
The useful part of sending a link rather than a file is that the link always shows the current version. When you swap a hotel or move an activity to another day, the same link shows the new plan, so nobody is arguing over which document is the latest one. You can normally also choose whether the page shows a total price, a price against each item, or no price at all until you are ready to quote.
Before you use this with a real customer, build a sample trip, send yourself the link, open it on your own phone, and try replying to it, so you know exactly what your customer sees and where their answer lands.
