Yes, for the parts of the trip that have already been saved onto the phone. When your customer opens the app while they still have a connection, it can keep a copy of the confirmed booking on the device, so the ticket number, the flight times, the hotel name and address and the voucher reference can still be read later with the phone in flight mode or in a country where data roaming is switched off.
Anything that needs to ask a supplier a fresh question will not work offline. Live flight status, a seat change, a new search, a cancellation or a payment all have to reach the airline or the hotel system at that moment, so those screens will either wait or show the last information they had. It is worth being straight with customers about this, because a flight time that changed overnight will not reach a phone that has been offline since the day before.
How much is stored, and for how long, depends on the plan you are on and on what each supplier allows. Some suppliers are happy for the full voucher to sit on the device, others only give a reference that has to be looked up again, and documents that are issued as a link rather than a file behave differently again. We can tell you which of your connected suppliers fall into which group once we see your setup.
Before a busy season, ask your customers to open the app and download their documents once while they are still on wifi, and check with us which of your suppliers allow offline vouchers so your staff know what to tell a traveller who lands without data.
