Once your payment is completed, adivaha® will take 1 week to start the setup (grace period). During this time, you can explore the demo freely and request a 100% refund if you feel you ordered by mistake or if the application doesn’t meet your needs.
Although the theme can be installed with a single click like any standard WordPress theme, some post-setup tasks are required to make everything work perfectly. Our team will assist with theme setup, configuration, and verifying that all website elements comply with the terms and conditions. Test setup usually takes 1–2 weeks, after which the timeline depends on the customizations you want, including private branding such as adding your logo, color schemes, or additional pages/features. Only 50% of the total payment is refundable once the setup is completed on your server.
You must have at least a shared hosting plan with a minimum of PHP 5.X and access to MySQL PhpMyAdmin. You’ll have direct access to our technical team via Email, Skype, and WhatsApp for smooth coordination.
