Yes, this is normally possible. In a travel back office each booking is tagged to the branch or office that made it, along with the staff member who handled it. Once that tagging is in place, you as the owner can pull a combined report covering every branch, and a branch manager logging in with their own account sees only the bookings, sales and pending items that belong to their office.

The way this is controlled is through roles. You decide what each role is allowed to see, so a branch manager can be given sales figures, outstanding payments and staff activity for their own office but nothing from the other branches. Head office roles are given the wider view. This also means you can let a manager run their own daily and monthly reports instead of asking you for numbers every time.

There are limits worth knowing. If your branches are separate legal businesses with their own tax registration and their own accounts, the combined view is useful for management but your accountant will still want the books kept separately, so the structure has to be agreed before you start. Staff who work across more than one branch need careful setup, otherwise their sales land in the wrong place. How far the role settings can be adjusted also depends on your plan, so the exact level of control is something to confirm rather than assume.

Before you commit, write down how many branches you have, whether each one files its own accounts, and exactly which numbers you are comfortable with a branch manager seeing, then ask for that setup to be shown to you on a demo account.

Saved.
