Yes, you can, as long as the trips were booked through your system. Every flight, hotel and transfer booked for that company sits in one place, so you can search by date and see who is away, which city they are in, which hotel they are staying at and when they are due to fly home. That list is usually what a corporate client means when they ask about looking after their travelling staff, and you can pull it up and send it to their travel manager quickly instead of calling round your own team.

The honest limit is that the system only knows what it has been told. If an employee booked a flight on their own card, or called a hotel directly, it will not appear unless somebody adds it into the same trip file as an offline booking. How current the information is also depends on the supplier. Some airline connections send back updated flight status and delays, while others only hold the schedule as it stood on the day of booking, so on a bad weather day the arrival time on screen may not be the real one.

You can also control who sees what. The travel manager or human resources contact at a company can be given a view of their own staff and nobody else's, while your own team keeps the wider view across all your corporate accounts. Whether alerts go out automatically by email or message when a trip is affected will depend on the plan you are on, so confirm that before you promise it.

Before you offer this as part of your service, check which of your connected suppliers return live flight status, and ask your corporate clients to make booking through the portal the normal rule, because the picture is only as complete as the bookings that pass through it.
