1. Login to your back office and navigate to Dashboard
5. Now If you want to Activate SMS Notification then you have to navigate to My Addons
6. Then Click on Help Desk Addons Configure
6. Then select your chatboat color and Custome text And Click Save
4. Your Help Desk is now activated on your website.
